Snow License Manager 7 scores 100% on KPMG SAM Tool Assessment
July 7, 2014: Stuttgart, Germany: Snow Software, the world’s leading dedicated developer of Software Asset Management and Software License Optimization solutions today announced that Snow License Manager has scored a faultless 100% on tests conducted by SAM experts at KPMG AG, Germany. As a result, the solution has now been awarded the KPMG SAM Tool Certification.
Tested under stringent laboratory conditions, Snow License Manager 7 was assessed for its ability to accurately recognize software inventory data provided by a third-party audit tool, input and manage a variety of license types, and apply an intelligent allocation of licenses against installed commercial software.
The KPMG SAM Tools Assessment is designed to give organizations of all sizes total confidence that certified solutions will deliver against functionality promises and meet the requirements of managing key licensing schemes across a breath of software publishers.
